Creative Director Michael Gollong tells me: "The Hotellerie et Gastronomie Magazin is a quarterly swiss publication for professionals and decision makers in the field of hotel business, cooking as well as food & beverage. The mission of the magazine is to present new ideas, products and concepts in the above mentioned fields in an entertaining, fresh and unconventional way. The subject of the 3-12-Cover is "The four Elements". It’s Companion-Magazine is the the Hotellerie et Gastronomie Magazin Spezial. It deals wit the same topics like the main magazine, but has a more technical approach for the content."
