The mission of the magazine is to present new ideas, products and concepts in the above mentioned fields in an entertaining, fresh and unconventional way. The subject of the 3-12-Cover is "The four Elements". It’s Companion-Magazine is the the Hotellerie et Gastronomie Magazin Spezial. It deals wit the same topics like the main magazine, but has a more technical approach for the content."
